Unit works flawlessly, except every time I turn on system I have to re-assign controller to slot 1. I don't own guitar hero or have any memory sticks or USB plugged in or headsets. Tried setting up IR-PRO from scratch but always back to the same problem. Any ideas?

Do you mean assign the PRO as Controller 1?

No the PRO always comes up as controller 7, but my playstation remote always maps to 2 and I have to change it manually to 1. Sorry for long delay in getting back to you...
