Hi,

After i updated my harmony 895 my ps3 is unable to shutdown properly. I would try to upgrade the ps3ir-pro firmware but nothing is happening when i plug it in and press the 1 button. I have checked that 1 on the harmony is mapped to 1 on the ps3. My order number is yhst-67919602570691-1000.

What to do?

What is the exact issue with shutting down the PS3?

To enable firmware update mode on the firmware version you currently have on your device, the command sequence is "1" and hold "down arrow". Alternately, you could mail the device to us and we'll upgrade the firmware to the latest version free of charge.
