I just set up the PS3IR-PRO with my Harmony One.  All is well except that on the main PS3 menu I have the "repeating" problem -- i.e., if I try to move one notch left, right, up or down, I get sent all the way to the right (the last selection to the right), left, up or down.  I went into the Harmony software and set the repeat number to 0, but it had no effect.  I tried 1 also, but again no effect.

Interestingly, I don't have this problem when playing a movie -- it will operate a DVD menu just fine.

Any suggestions?

Not to be a jerk but you did hook your remote up to your computer and run the update after changing the repeats setting right?  I have seen people forget to do that before so I just want to make sure.

You might even want to run the update again anyway.  Sometimes it doesn't go through right.  Click on the button while the update is going on so you can see the progress and make sure everything looks like it works right.

If you want you can send me your Harmony Login info and I can check everything out.

For help setting up your Harmony remote feel free to send me a PM.

Include your model of remote, inputs settings for your TV, AV Receiver, etc., and any other setup requests.  I will also need your Harmony Login name and password (I recommend changing your password temporarily to 12345).

Yes, I did hook the remote up to my computer, etc.  I went through that process several times.

My Harmony login ID is bobroden.  It wouldn't let me change my password, but it would let me delete it, so at the moment there is no password (screen tells me password is optional).

Thanks for your help.  Any thoughts about why the normal fix didn't work?
