Just got the PS3IR-PRO today and everything works except the ok button. How do I get the sony controller "X" button to operate the ok button on the harmony 1000.
Any assistance would be great.

Go into the Harmony software and find your PS3 activity.  Click on customize buttons.  Scroll down to the OK button and click on the drop down menu and finx the X command.  Hit the next button at the bottom of the screen, then update your remote.  If you need more help let me know.

Include your model of remote, inputs settings for your TV, AV Receiver, etc., and any other setup requests.  I will also need your Harmony Login name and password (I recommend changing your password temporarily to 12345).
