Pronto Code Question
« on: June 29, 2008, 08:59:56 AM »
Hi Mike

I see the New FW code 1.06 maps the discrete Power Off ---

The macro is mapped to: IR Function 46 of device PS2 (26.218) - PS2 Discrete OFF.

Will you be updating the Pronto Code Files because there is no
Function 46 in the current file PS3IR-Pro pronto Codes.xls

I need a pronto code to use with my Crestron Control Systems.
I can convert pronto codes to crestron codes - IF YOU HAVE ONE.

Thanks Mike

Check out this thread:

which contains the Proto format string for that new code, as well as a reference to an updated Crestron IR module that I posted that incorporates it, if that would help.

Attached is a Pronto CCF file suitable for importing into various remotes allowing import of Pronto CCF files.

This includes the Universal Remote Control MX series of remote controls.

This was created from the "PS3IR-Pro pronto Codes.xls" file dated 6/14/2008 and imported into an MX-700.

This also includes code 46 for the discrete off.

It has been a long time - But I seem to remember using the Excel
Spreadsheet to copy and paste codes into the Pronto Software.

I've just ordered my 1000 yesterday, so I'm keen to be ready for it when it turns, so I wanted to find out if there's any difference to the codes since 14-June-2008 that I'll need to update ?

If there is, then I'll know what to change/update.  :)

Thanks.

There are eleven more macros, and Discrete Off. You can find the pronto codes for those here:
